Refund policy

Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless they are damaged during shipping and delivery is refused.  

Please inspect all products upon delivery.  If any damage during shipping, please refuse the delivery.  Featherlite Composites will not refund any products that were not refused at the time of delivery.
