Shipping policy

Due to the nature and size of freight shipping large items, we are now only accepting shipping to Commercial Addresses.  Please ensure that you enter a commercial shipping address during checkout or this can cause additional fees and/or delays in receiving your order.  Please call or email with any questions.

Please inspect all products upon delivery.  If any damage during shipping, please refuse the delivery.  Featherlite Composites will not refund any products that were not refused at the time of delivery. 

Featherlite Composites uses Fed Ex & Averitt for shipping both ground and freight, depending on the product. Packages are made to fit the specific product exactly. These boxes are hand made and require a handling fee.  Each package requires a signature in order to be received.  If you would like that changed, please call us at 772-696-0811 to have it changed. We are not responsible for stolen or damaged packages. 
Price Subject to Change – Residential Delivery Notice

Please note that all prices listed on this invoice are based on the shipping information provided at the time of order. If the delivery address is determined to be residential by the shipping carrier, additional freight charges may apply. These upcharges are imposed by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Any such additional charges will be added to the final invoice total and are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to adjust the final invoice amount to reflect these carrier-imposed fees.

To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend providing a verified commercial shipping address whenever possible.
